US Poker & Casino Parties is proud to announce that it obtained the Charitable Games Supplier License by the Illinois Department of Revenue.
This license authorizes US Poker & Casino Parties to sell, lease, or distribute supplies, devices, and equipment in accordance with the provisions of the Charitable Games Act (230 ILCS 30/).
This means that we are allowed to legally supply our high quality equipment to licensed fundraiser and charity events in the state of Illinois.
Please note that not only the supplier has to fulfill certain requirements, but also the organizing party needs to follow certain rules and file an application with the Department of Revenue in Illinois.
