US Poker & Casino Parties is currently in the process of acquiring the license for Charitable Gaming in the state of Illinois according to the Charitable Games Act (230 ILCS 30/).
This license is necessary and will allow us to legally supply our high quality equipment to licensed fundraiser and charity events in the state of IL. As the legal requirements are different from state to state we performed extensive research before the application went in. One of the regulations require the name/official logo of the supplying company to be permanently affixed to the equipment used on this type of events. All the equipment we provide for Charity or Fundraiser events will carry our logo - but don't worry if required for other events we also have blank tables for you to customize!
But not only the supplier needs to fulfill certain requirements, also the Organizing party need to follow certain rules and file an application with the Department of Revenue in IL.
